NovelForge AI ("we", "our", or "us") is a company incorporated under applicable laws. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered writing assistant services, including text generation, character management, outline expansion, and submission assistance tools, available at https://novelforge.ai (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

NovelForge AI provides an AI-powered writing assistant platform for web novel authors. The Service includes AI text generation, character consistency management, outline expansion, AI taste detection, submission assistance, and related tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services.

This is a digital SaaS product. Payment confirmation grants immediate access to the Service. Due to the immediate delivery nature of digital services, refunds are subject to specific limitations as detailed in Section 7.

2.1 AI Model Disclosure

This Service uses third-party AI model providers, including OpenAI GPT models and Anthropic Claude models for text generation. The performance and availability of our Service may be affected by these providers' operational status. We do not guarantee specific output quality and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.

We offer subscription plans for AI writing assistance. Payments are processed securely by Waffo Pancake, our payment service provider and Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew monthly and can be canceled anytime. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us at billing@novelforge.ai before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital services, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis:

9. AI Content & Intellectual Property

Output Ownership: Content generated by AI through your inputs ("Output Content") belongs to you, subject to compliance with these Terms. You may use Output Content for any lawful purpose per Section 10.

Input License: Content you submit to the Service ("Input Content") grants us a limited, non-exclusive license solely for providing the Service to you. We will not use your Input Content for AI training without your explicit consent.

AI Output Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NovelForge AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

AI Content Disclaimer: Our AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Do not use them for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify with qualified professionals before acting on AI content.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@novelforge.ai.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. For disputes, please first contact legal@novelforge.ai for informal resolution.

13. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in full force.
